This model of Rolex Submariner was first introduced in 2010, being the first serie to be fitted with a ceramic bezel in comparison to the classic, stainless steel version on prevision Submariners. This one-way rotatable ceramic bezel is nearly stratchproof.
In addition, these Submariners are fitted with the Maxi Case. Although it maintained the same-time honored 40mm case as its predecessor, the overall profile was noticeably chunkier thanks to thicker lugs and crown guards being nearly twice the width of the previous model.
This Submariner Date comes with a black dial and bezel, with can be derived from the reference 116610LN, Lunette Noir. The watch is fully made out of stainless steel. Rolex uses 904L in its steel watches, which is an extremely resistant and highly polishable superalloy. This Submariner Date is powered by an entirely in-house movement by Rolex, Caliber 3135.
This Rolex Submariner Date has been sold for the first time in March 2018 in Austria. The watch is in NOS condition and comes with the original Rolex Warranty Card and original box. Furthermore, the watch comes with one Year of Steiner Warranty.
