Explorer I 40 'Black Dial'

The Rolex Explorer I was first introduced in 1953 and is designed for explorers and adventurers. In 2023, Rolex released a larger size of the Explorer I again. The new Explorer I is also fitted with the new calibre 3230, which can be noticed by the coronet at the bottom edge of the dial.

This Rolex Explorer I 40 was sold for the first time in November 2023.

This Explorer I is equipped with a Black Dial featuring 3, 6 and 9 Arabic hour markers with Chromalight. The Chromalight can be recognised by the lume, which lights up in blue in the dark.

This Rolex Explorer 224270 is in Mint condition and comes with the original Rolex Warranty Card and Original Box. Furthermore, the watch has worldwide Rolex Warranty until November 2028.
