The Rolex Air King was first introduced in the 1940s. It is named after the British Royal Air Force, which used Rolex watches as standard issue for its pilots during World War II.

This Air King is made of stainless steel and is fitted with an Oyster Bracelet, which is equipped with the Easylink. This extension, allows the wearer to either extend or shorten the bracelet by 5 millimetres, improving the wearability and usability of the watch.
